Over the years, we’ve invested a lot of time and effort to build our proprietary and confidential database of SAP professionals that are currently employed and but would consider new opportunities under specific circumstances. This approach is proactive and not in response to a specific requirement. We’ve identified and contacted these professionals through a number of channels, including:

• Visiting and exhibiting at SAP tradeshows
• A daily search of SAP related websites, blogs, social networks and job boards
• Visiting Networking events for SAP professionals
• Advertising in SAP specific media
• Word of Mouth: Being well known in the SAP community

SAP is a complex product and when it comes to understanding our clients’ requirements and assessing SAP talent, knowing the product is a must. Global Matters was founded and is managed by SAP professionals with many years of SAP experience.
